NETHERLANDS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All travellers:

Health Declaration

All travellers must carry a Health Declaration
You can print the health declaration and fill it in on paper, or you can complete it digitally on your mobile phone or tablet.
You can download the declaration as a fillable .pdf here.
You need to show the completed health declaration when you board the aircraft. You can also be asked to show your health declaration in other parts of the airport. So make sure you have the declaration with you at all times.

COVID-19 Vaccine Declaration

All travellers must carry a COVID-19 Vaccine Declaration
This Covid-19 Vaccine Declaration Form must be filled out, signed and presented with the visa application process and during travel and on arrival.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

EU/Schengen Area and USA

Travellers from the EU/Schengen Area must show proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative test result

United Kingdom

Travellers from the UK must show proof of vaccination
Travellers from the UK must show a negative test result even with proof of vaccination.
(PCR from no more than 48 hours before departure or Lateral flow Antigen Test from up to 24 hours before departure.)



BUILDING ACCESS

Netherlands Government regulations require guests to show COVID-19 QR passes in order to access the building.
Each guest must show a personal QR code in an approved Corona Check App.
Each guest must show a valid passport or ID-card (not drivers licence).These will be checked at the Registration Desk
